EurILCA is providing our sailors this year with Francesco Marrai´s book “Notes of Tactics & Strategy”, with the aim of helping them improve and enjoy their sailing. 400 books have been given at the ILCA 4 Youth Europeans in Cadiz. We plan to provide another 400 books to the ILCA 6 Youth sailors in Gdynia,
